Due to the current pandemic we are all experiencing, many businesses have been forced to shutdown and many others have had significant decreases in revenue.  In response, Analytix is launching a program to help our clients and other business owners gain a better understanding of their financial models to ensure that they’re able to respond appropriately in order to survive these challenges.  We encourage you to forward this email to any business owners or colleagues who need help and can also benefit from this program.

A Message From Our CEO, Satish Patel

Dear Analytix Partners and Clients,


As part of our family, we appreciate the trust you have placed in us. While the situation with COVID-19 evolves and you work through your own business continuity plans, I want to personally update you on the steps we are taking to ensure we can continue to meet your needs in a secure, reliable and timely manner.


Our #1 concern has always been the safety and well-being of our team, our partners, and our clients. Due to recent developments, starting Tuesday, March 16th, most of our team based out of our Woburn, Massachusetts office began working remotely. Although our office hours will remain the same, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST; our physical office location will be closed.


With regard to our India office, we have verified all internal systems and critical functions to ensure they remain operational to support client deliveries. Our leadership team in both the US and India, along with all product and service delivery managers,are closely monitoring the situation on the ground.  Over the past month, we had already implemented measures to protect our employees, adhering to advice and guidelines issued by the CDC, WHO, and local health authorities. We have been sanitizing workspaces and promoting good hygiene practices among our employees.  Additionally, we have issued specific “Do’s and Don’ts” for all employees to ensure they follow best hygiene practices. Our delivery managers and HODs are fully trained on executing all business continuity measures in the event that  any unforeseencircumstances arise in the upcoming days and weeks. If required, our employees are trained to be fully operational in a remote location through secured IT environments to support our clients’ critical business processes.


Our India delivery support center based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat is significantly less impacted by COVID-19, at this point in time. Although there are a few positive cases reported in India overall, as of today not a single positive case has been reported in Ahmedabad.  This may change in the future. At this time of year,temperatures are already high and expected to increase over the next few daysas  the summer season formally progresses.  Hopefully, this will reduce the overall risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus.  However, the central and state government agencies in India have already proactively initiated various measures to enforce social distancing.  All schools, malls and theaters have been closed to avoid large social gatherings and to minimize contact.  Large social and political events have been banned, and citizens are advised to practice precautionary measures. Overall, we are prepared to handle any urgent situation that may arise from a sudden spread of the COVID – 19 virus in India.


At Analytix, our employees are the most critical part of our business. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that their health and safety is the priority. At same time, we continue to stay committed to our clients’ business interests by assuring service continuity.


If you are forced to work remotely due to the current situation and are facing technology or connectivity challenges, our IT department is available to help you out at no charge.
