Responsibilities: Client Partnership & Strategic Advisory Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and franchise clients Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding unique needs and delivering solutions Proactively address client challenges and provide strategic guidance Performance Analysis Work with internal teams to identify trends and improvement areas Work with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of client financial data Deliver actionable insights, especially within QSR and franchise models Project & Operations Management Liaise between clients and India-based operations team for smooth project execution Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards to ensure satisfaction Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively Collaboration, Training & Industry Leadership Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and leadership Lead onboarding and training for new clients Stay current with industry trends and QSR best practices to provide thought leadership Qualifications: Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. Professional Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a good understanding of financial analysis. Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of the restaurant and franchise industry, particularly in QSR, and familiarity with industry software, protocols, and culture. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience working with cross-functional and remote teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with restaurant or franchise management software. Familiarity with point of sales systems and restaurant inventory systems. Previous experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry. Experience collaborating with teams in India or other international locations.
