Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze historical financial data and create different financial models to support business decisions such as 1 to 5 years budget/forecast, cash flow projections [ranging from 1 week to 13 weeks and one entity to multi entities], variance analysis, scenario analysis, BEP analysis, cash burn/spend analysis, tentative business valuation and other business models
  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and financial/operational metrics tracking in Excel or BI tool [Prior working experience on PowerBI and Tableau would be an added advantage]
  • Work closely with the accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare Investors Decks, Management Reports & Investment/Funds Management Report
  • Manage the budgets, forecast, and long-term planning process
  • Analyze actual financials against budget/forecast and prior year numbers
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year numbers, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Support the decision-making process by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful financial insights and visibility on the business performances
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis wherein required to assist in management decision-making and resolving complex business problems
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
  • Create and maintain documentation including client requirements, designing solutions, SOPs and user manuals
  • Identify areas of improvement and initiation to implement
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and strategies with technology enabled solution
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with direct clients, business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
