Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate a portfolio of interconnected projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing programs to ensure they meet their objectives and deliver maximum ROI. Roles & Responsibilities Plan and design the program, monitor progress, and take corrective action as needed. Define program governance arrangements and ensure quality assurance. Manage the program‘s budget, monitoring expenditures and costs against benefits. Facilitate the appointment of individuals to project teams. Ensure the delivery of new products/services meets quality, timing, and budget targets. Allocate common resources and skills within individual projects. Manage third-party contributions to the program. Effectively communicate with all stakeholders. Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects. Experience 5 to 10 years of relevant experience Should have experience in driving corporate programs around initiatives, hackathons, or ideations Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar managerial position.
