Job Summary:

The ISO 9001 Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) based on the ISO 9001 standard within a service industry organization. The Quality Manager will oversee the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures, and practices to ensure the organization consistently meets customer requirements and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Establish and maintain quality objectives, policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements for service delivery processes and monitor adherence to those requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all employees understand and adhere to quality standards and procedures by providing training and conducting awareness programs.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions to address any identified gaps or non-conformities.
  • Lead and facilitate management reviews to assess the performance of the QMS and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • University degree (Graduate and above) in Business or related discipline. 8 years of overall experience with a minimum of 4+ years in Compliance, Operational Risk Management, Implementation, Audit Management (Internal & External).
  • Need someone with a Service industry background.
  • Either of the following certificates: Qualification in quality management, such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or ISO 9001 Lead Implementer is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and their practical application within the service industry.
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
