Analyze data and provide actionable insights. Drive organizational improvements through strategic recommendations. Responsibilities Define mechanisms and approaches for innovation strategy development, deployment roadmaps, and future-fit organizational design. Conduct operating model maturity assessments and plan for the evolution of technology. Run gap analyses and leverage optimization frameworks to drive continuous improvement across the client organization. Identify areas for performance improvement and develop enhancement strategies. Design and develop business cases for new opportunity assessments and enable objective decision-making. Create detailed design elements around the future state operating model – Organization, Processes, and Technology. Determining OKR’s, success metrics and KPI’s that can be used to measure success of transformation project. Develop end-to-end blueprints and associated implementation roadmaps for the proposed operating model. Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and execute change management plans. Provide support to clients with implementation, adoption, transition, and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and progress. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in management consulting, business transformation, change management or related field expertise. Experience across BPO / Professional Service industry is highly preferred. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; e.g. experience with Prosci’s ADKAR Model, OKRs, MBO or similar performance models Experience with process modelling and use standardization notion (BMPN2.0) for clarity and consistency Experience with delivery as part of a global engagement team with appropriate business acumen. Change Management experience in leading corporate’s through business model redesign, organizational restructuring, acquisition and post merger integration is a plus. A track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises and the ability to manage those relationships, effectively. Excellent social, communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
