About the Role:

• Assess and Evaluate existing program portfolio
• Analyze project management processes and recommend improvements
• Focus on optimizing program effectiveness and delivery
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and program lifecycle
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest program enhancements
• Collaborate with program implementation teams to drive improvements
• Develop and execute change management plans
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in program management

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in consulting for large projects or program
• Strong understanding of program lifecycle management
• Understanding of product management – evaluation, implementation & utlization
• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven project management experience, risk management
