Educational Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

Prerequisites

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software product management and/or product development leadership, most recently with SaaS or PaaS products developed and delivered in the cloud
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing product development teams
  • Strong, up-to-date software development expertise and at least 5 years of past hands-on development experience including API, web services and micro services on a Microsoft platform (not concurrent with product leadership experience)
  • Expertise in both strategic level product management and tactical level agile delivery processes
  • Proven track record of launching products successfully, preferably in B2B markets
  • Experience in delivering products to the US market. Experience working in the US personally is a plus
  • Experience leading multiple cross-functional development teams working on a portfolio of multiple products or product lines with inter-dependencies and complex workflows
  • Proficiency with Agile, Continuous Integration/Development, TDD, DevOps
  • Ability to analyze and learn new concepts, products and business models quickly and independently, without relying on formal training
  • Solid understanding of UX design processes and experience managing them
  • Ability to assess the situation from various standpoints (user, client, stakeholder, development team, marketing, sales, finance)
  • Ability to manage resources through influence as opposed to authority, and motivate teams in fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Solid leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Exceptional logical thinking and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development of Scrum team members
  • Overseeing end-to-end product delivery through coordination and collaboration with other departments (Product Support, Data Management, Accounting)
  • Be the liaison among Product Management, UX/Design, and Engineering Team in the development process
  • Responsible for quality and timely delivery of product increments according to strategic roadmap
  • Clearly communicate vision, strategy and business value of products and their increments to the team
  • Assist Product Owners with defining the user stories, requirements and business logic to ensure that the product delivers the business value and reaches strategic goals as defined by product strategy
  • Proactively manage interdependencies across teams
  • Collaborate with the Tech Lead to ensure the optimal solution architecture based on the business goals
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and DevOps to ensure ongoing improvement in all aspects of product delivery and solutions scalability
  • Continuously analyze product delivery processes and metrics, suggest and implement improvements
  • Responsible for operations and administration of the Product department
