The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, a deep understanding of process automation frameworks, web/data scraping, and data transformation, and the ability to drive automation initiatives within the organization.

Role

  • Work collaboratively with developers and stakeholders from diverse technical, creative, and business backgrounds.
  • Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time, and according to pre-defined business and technical specifications to delight customers.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of automation processes, ensuring robustness and reliability.
  • Maintain a very high-quality bar in projects from the start and to champion quality improvements by implementing better technical practices.
  • Assist in developing, organizing, and maintaining technical practices along with the team and actively engage in rolling out improvements.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed automation solutions.
  • Passionate about technology and the contribution of automation and robotics in increasing work efficiency and accuracy. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in process automation.
  • Adapts to work with various technologies and applications to find the optimized solution to a problem or challenge.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in the team.
  • Build prototypes to test and explore new scenarios and optimizations in processes

Skills

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a focus on process automation.
  • Strong knowledge of various libraries like requests, selenium, pandas, openpyxl, etc.
  • Knowledge of developing web applications using Django, Flask, or other web frameworks
