Training Syllabus: Hiring Manager and Training in Charge would design it based on the business requirement.
Duration: There would be total 3 months of training which includes Classroom Training/On Job Training (OJT)
Timing: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Performance Assessment After On Job Training (OJT):
- Hiring Manager and Training in Charge would initiate the assessment process after completion of On Job Training (OJT).
- If an intern is rejected during assessment, we would inform the intern and thank him for being a part of the training. He can apply for other job opportunity in market.
- If an intern is selected during assessment, we would initiate his/her pre-joining formalities & on boarding formalities as per the standard process of hiring.
- Selected interns will be offered regular employment with Analytix and will be appointed as “Design Engineer”. On joining Analytix Payroll, Interns will be on probation period for 6 months during which their actual learning agility and on the job performance will be assessed. Only on satisfactory completion of probation period, they would be regularized in their employment with Analytix.

Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant technical or professional experience
Key Skills:
- Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework as Django or Flask, etc.
- Proficient in scraping data from websites.
- Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
- Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
