About the role
We are looking for a Senior Content Strategist Manager to develop content that helps to guide prospects through the customer journey and educate them on our services. The right candidate will have experience producing clear and compelling messaging and copy for customers at each stage of the marketing funnel, is able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer and business objectives, and has strong conceptual, presentation, and storytelling skills, coupled with a creative mind and an impeccable attention to detail.
This role requires a strong command of grammar and style, as well as a desire to create processes that help non-writers easily access and implement accurate messaging. The right candidate must be passionate about writing and editing short- and longer-form copy, proofreading final assets, maintaining style guides and evergreen content—all while supporting a consistent brand voice.
